The Story Behind Their Partnership ...

Partners in Performance, LLC (PiP) was founded by Sandra Lippman to continue her work in education from a different perspective: that of looking through a lens that considers individual learners of any age , supports them through research-based methods and strategies to learn how to think skillfully at higher levels, and then to express their thinking to others through oral and written presentations.

When she was invited to meet Ms. Kristen and see her actually working with students, they both realized they were working toward the same goals and had the same passion for helping to improve the bottom line in education: students learning how to be their best and achieve the highest levels of success possible in and beyond a classroom.

Sandra and Judy have been working together to take a mutual passion for teaching and lifelong learning to new levels by combining Judy’s successful writing program with research-based methods for teaching skillful thinking, problem solving and decision making.


Partners in Performance, LLC specializes in bringing the work of distinguished contributors
to the field of education and brain-based research to stakeholders at all levels:

students, parents, teachers, administrators, businesses, and community organizations.

Then, in combination with proven programs, infuses thinking skillfully to achieve:
